After travelling Southern USA to experience and research different smokehouse meats, we found ourselves an official pit-master and opened our first Smokehouse in South Wales.

Since then we’ve been immersing ourselves, learning the art of the smoker.

We’re passionate about the flavours, texture and quality of the meat and we know the smoker is the key.
